This looks delicious! I was planning on making a different fruit-centered cake tonight, but I may have to alter my plans!

This look wonderful..I will try this weekend. Do you remember how much powdered sugar in the lime glaze?
ReplyDeleteI used about 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. If your lime is really juicy you might need more. Brett was in the ER on Thursday, sorry I didn't get back to you about Leslie's show. I'll check the schedule for the New Orleans performance.

You beat me to the punch...I've been eyeing this one in the magazine too! It looks so good, but I may sub in tequilia for rum since I have that onhand. Brava...glad to hear it's as tasty as it looks.
ReplyDeleteMmm, this takes strawberry cake to a whole new level of yum.
ReplyDeleteI love how pretty-in-pink this is! Strawberry and lime were meant to be together, I think!
